Positive Feedback for the Senior Tech Support

Have been having repeated connectivity issues and was completely fed up for having to be on the phone with the Tikona Helpline at least once a week. The problem didn't seem to get resolved, but there was this one person, who stayed on the line with me till it was resolved, for over 30-40minutes, and worked through the issue tirelessly. I did ask his name but have forgotten. Maybe he said Krishna or Vishnu. Whatever it is, his help was god-sent as I desperately needed the net to be up and working for some urgent work I was on.

Great support. Now if only the service didn't go down so frequently!!!
