Very pathetic service, not able to resolve speed issue

Hello,
Its the same issue in Hadapsar too. I too have a 4 Mbps plan and the speed I get is 400 Kbps. Complaining since 4 1/2 months and still the same.

May the issue was with your LAN card itself as the ipconfig you pasted at the start shows Physical Address: ‎00-00-00-00-00-00... Cannot be this.
