Cust Id - 1103635017 I've been facing ~50% ping packet loss to default gateway; unable to surf at all - let alone connect to my office VPN. Have raised 10 tickets - all closed, without my confirmation. Is this Customer Service? When I call and tell them about packet loss - the tech staff is clueless...
