I had a refund of 2500 from TIkona for which a cheque was issued. The cheque issued didn't have my full name so it was rejected from the Bank. PLease check my account. I have been calling every day for disconnection issues and slow speed issues. You resolve the issue for one day and it reoccurs the next day. Works fine for few hours and then the same.. Seems you no longer can provide the promised speed. Also can't login to Self care portal...
