We had applied for a new connection of Business Line On September 19
According to the internet service providers policy and Tikona's policy the Installation amount are paid once the demo is given
But your agent PRAMOD CHAUDHARI here in pune made us to pay the full amount which is Rs 15,340/- on 19th september without giving us a physical demo and then according to it leased line should be installed within 15 days of approval now its more than 15 days, Connection is not yet done.
we got a call from you agent named PRAMOD CHAUDHARI stating us that the connection can not be done. and when we asked for the refund he is telling us to wait for about 20 days for the refund
So we are not ready to wait for 20 days as it is not our problem !
We need the refund to be done withing next 24 hours, If not then we will move on with the legal procedure with all issued documents and physical proofs
