Bad service

Hi this was my first and last experience with Tikona. I requested for a new connection on 2nd Apr. They took action on 10th Apr where they asked me to pay Rs 500 for installation which I did. However they figured out that a new connection is not possible after 2 weeks. Due to the frustration I took a new connection from a different vendor, however its been 3 weeks now I am still waiting for the refund.

Please have the courtesy to contact me and refund the money, as your agents says they cannot do anything and the payment is only done by the company.
