Frustrated with tikona wifi

Really frustrated with tikona wifi. They lie at the time of installation and nobody in their customer care provide proper help. Their service providers only suggested me to add reviews here. Really frustrated with the connection.
We want to pay the bill but they are asking us to pay an advance bill. After disconnection request they are not disconnecting the wifi. Non sense connection. Nevere recommended
