Non Feasibility at New Shifted Location

Hello

I am customer of Tikona- since 2014(more than 4 years).
My ID is 1110920129(Shailesh Patel)
Current I had shifted home to new address.
I had registered service for relocation.
After many many follow ups (from 13th January to 18th January), Engineer came and checked feasibility. And informed me that there is NO feasibility so service can not be transferred to new location.
I understand till now.
But then there is no any follow ups.
I had contacted customer service about next step but no one had suggested me for next step.
One customer service advisor told that e finder wi submit non feasibility report, then they will check.
But it was four days passed and nothing happened.
If you can not provide sErvice at new address, please close my account. I have not used account since 13th of January.
No one is giving proper answer.
This is the way you treat your 4 years genuine client.
How ridiculous service is this.
Just close the account if you do Not have proper any solutions.as I am genuine and 4 years lo g client.
