No one cares about new customer

With deep frustration, I wish to inform that after making an advanced payment for 3 months plan based on the belief of good service from Tikona and post follow-ups multiple times with contact center personnel who used to inform me about engineer's visit the next day at 10 A.M., no engineer ever turned up to provide demo or install the services.

Finally, with the customer service that was demonstrated logged a complaint to cancel the request.

Believe I don't now need to follow-up for cancellation to take place and hope my money paid in advance is returned at the earliest.
