Hii! I used tikona for a month and got relocated and they are supposed to refund me my remaining amount as I paid them for 6 Months and I also asked if it will be refunded or the connection will be transferred or not then they said they will transfer the connection if not they will refund the remaining amount and Now I have mailed them called them thousands of time but I issue hasn't been resolved and now there representative is calling me and threatening me that they will file a case against me or else I need to pay them......So I will advice people be very visionary and cautious while using any brand.
