Poor Customer Support

We are facing a complete internet outage in Chennai for the last 8 days. The worst part is we are not aware of when the internet will be restored, because we are unable to reach Tikona support with their phone number & email.

The main problem with Tikona is it doesn't have any escalation support if the first level of support is not reachable. Highly unsatisfied with their support team, will not recommend Tikona to anyone.
