Why is there no RESOLUTION to my complaint ??? I am getting calls for paying rs 812 . CARE TO EXPLAIN wt for ?? I Dint receive any bill ?? I wont pay till its resolved. And if it isint solved quick I want a TERMINATION. I posted 2 messages in here , which apparently arent showing up here. Thanks for the honest forums.

I am getting suspension alert for an overdue of rs 812 with no DETIALS on overdue of WHAT, NO BILLS since last 4 MOTHS. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH U PEOPLE ?? I WANT THIS SOLVED within 24 hours or I want an account TERMINATION. ENOUGH OF UR SHITTY SERVICE. 24 Hours , thats all u GOT RETARDS. SOLVE IT, and do it NOW.

I have got no resolution yet. I wont do payment till I get this resolved. Moreover, I am asked to pay 812 . WHERE IS THE BILL ?? I received no bill on my mail. I WANT A BILL BEFORE I PAY.

Hello,
I had complained about 'no power cut back up' on the connection. Had complained in January and was told it'll be resolved within a week. 4 months now and still not resolved. There are regular scheduled power cuts in the city(5-6 hours a day) during which I have no connection. Everything from my end is fine as I use a laptop. Plz get this fixed asap. I called up cc and followed up but no response from them.
