Hi Team/Jaykrishna,
Ever since I have taken your connection of 2MBPS, I am struggling to get proper speed.
I am not able to open even your company's webpage, with 2 mbps speed online videos should be working fine but here with this speed webpages are not opening
I have wasted my Rs 4000 by taking tikona service for 3 months.
Your company do not care about user, as I have raised this ticket 19th April and still my issues is not resolved.
There is no proper connectivity, there is issue with your access point.
Packet drop issue is there and your your company has done nothing and they keep on saying we are working on it
Called customer care several times they said engineer will will but only once engineer has visited and said there is issue with roof top device and network team would be looking into it.
After this I called twice for engineer visit , they said engineer will visit but no one arrived.
Last time I called and the person said you will get waiver but still no email or no call has been there from tikona.
First improve your service and network and speed and then talk about waiver.
Really disgusting service provider
I dont want to contine with this kind of pathetic speed where I have lost my 4000 Rs for three months.
Will tell all my friends to not to go for this service provider.
Lets see after this feedback what this company dose for customer satisfaction.
