Hello,

I'm writing regarding the account number 1108513758, I wanted to have my connection shifted to a new address and since there was no coverage for tikona in this area after your technicians advice i requested a cancellation 6 months back and all the devices were collected and a full and final payment was generated, and I paid the amount, and i was given a ticket id for confrimation, please refer 1-3006328222 I paid the amount, but I'm receiving fake calls from some one from tikona, please get this resolved or I've to proceed legally....
