We have checked and found that there was no conversation done with you on May 3 2014, by any of our executive also please note that your bill amount is Rs. 414.33 however you are not considering the previous adjustments due to which you are liable to make the payment of due amount.

AS CONSIDERING MANY AND MANY FEUDS WITH THE TIKONA CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TODAY I GET CONFORMATION AND RESOLUTION OF MY PROBLEM REGARDING BILL PROBLEM AND ERROR THAT HAS MAID IN THE BILL...

THANKSS TO MR. RAMESH FOR RESOLVING THE PROBLEM AND GIVING ME CONFORMATION TO PAY RS. 414.33/- FOR FULL SETTLEMENT OF THE PERIOD OF 15 APRIL TO 14 MAY......

AS HEREBY I AM PAYING THE AMOUNT TODAY ITSELF TO AVOID LATE PAYMENT CHARGES AS TODAY 3 RD MAY IS THE LAST DATE FOR THE PAYMENT... AND I HAVE PAID AMOUNT OF RS . 414.33/- TO BE EXACT FOR THE FULL PAYMENT OF THE SERVICE BILL AND THAT TO AFTER TALKING TO MR RAMESH AND CONFORMING FROM HIM... BUT STILL TODAY I AM RECEVING MAIL AND SMS THAT YOUR PAYMENT IS OVERDUE PLEASE PAY TO HAVE UNINTERPTED SERVICE... I WONT TO SAY THAT FIRST PLEASE CHECK THROUGH YOUR DEPARTMENT AND THAN AND THAN AND THAN ONLY REVERT TO ME ... AS SAID BY MR. RAMESH THAN ONLY I HAVE PAID AMOUNT OF RS 414.33/-

I AM ALSO ATTACHING SCREEN-SHOT OF THE CONVERSATION AND THE SCREEN-SHOT OF THE WAIVER THAT I HAVE RECIEVED SO THAT TO CONFORM ANY OF THE DISPUTE THAT COULD BE HAPPEN AGAIN.....
