I have to write this again that the service and customercare support is below the acceptable limit i think that Tikona is all about cheating its customers. previously i had made a complaint about slow speed the customer care operative told me that he had arranged for an on site service but it has been more than 3 months and no one has showed up. during the installation this tikona representative talked too much about their service that u can call me sir in case of any problem his name was ALOK Pandey and after sometime even he started ignoring our phone calls.The only other option is the third class customer care where when we talk about poor service they hang up the phone. I am about to complete my LLB and the first thing I'll do is sue TIKONA for forgery and mileading customers with their representative
