Dis-connectivity issue & Service Backup

from the day one when i installed the service i had the problem of dis connectivity every night for minimum 2-3 hours. Every time when i contact the customer care they were telling that i will get a permanent solution but to say the truth till now i did not get any permanent resolution. today the service engineers who came to resolve it has promised it would be a permanent solution. i hope it setchould be.
but really the service back up what the tikona is providing is really good than other network like bsnl etc. as they are attending me within 8-24 hours. for that i should appreciate them.
today the Service Engneerer who came is Mr.Narendra
satisfied with his explanation for the cause of disconnectivity and he promised me it would happened again as he work efficiently on it.
