Hi,
As per today's Tikona Speed Test result, I am getting 4mbps speed. :D

The speed & connectivity issue is now resolved, but it took you one long month to solve this, disappointed on the following points, delay in service & no follow ups.

The issue started on May 5th :cry: , first complaint made on May 11th, and post that several complaints were made.

Now I am looking for a wavier on the bill accounted for April 20th to May 20th, & May 20th till today's date i.e. 31st May.

Please contact me to discuss the waiver amount, as it was told to me waiver will be given once compliant is closed.

Please consider this complaint closed.

PS: Sometime later next week, I'll provide feedback/suggestion to your feedback section of this forum. It's time to rethink the way Tikona provide service. :idea:

I have not received any call, nor I missed any and then they say: :lol:

We tried calling you to attend Technical issue reported by you, We will certainly try calling you later, request you to please attend call originating from no. 02261726500 & 02241155555.

Tikona Ji, hume ULLU mat banao.... :shock:

I will be completing one month soon with the same issue, it tells the kind of service they provide, and what kind of future, the company is heading too.

It has been more than 5 days, I made a complaint on 11th, posted complaint on Tikona forum on 12th, talked to more than 6 customer care executives, explained them about the issue 6 times, switched on & off my router each time they said, but nothing happened, I need a waiver for this month bill, waiver can be made on prorate basis.. I don't want to pay 1650 for this kind of speed & service. I am doing my office work from home today, and such a disappointment, after I post this message on forum, I'll contact Airtel folks, and will recommend my society/area to go for Airtel.

Connection issue - Low internet speed

Hi Tikona Team,

From past one week I am facing connectivity issue and getting only 1 mbps speed, I am using 4mbps plan with unlimited download and paying approx 1650 (including tax) every month. Two days back I raised a complaint with customer care, and today technician visited my place (Name: Nagraj T) after all his efforts, the speed reached 2mbps but not 4mbps. According to his analysis, there is a bandwidth issue with the main server, from where 70 Tikona connections are given, including mine. He said unless bandwidth is increased from the back end, I will not receive good speed. I am looking forward to the resolution ASAP, as I have office work to do at home. If I do not receive the speed I am paying for, then there is a serious issue, and I have to switch to different broadband company.
