V. Poor support and service

We are having a billing issue and it seems that due to poor quality of customer care executives and field staff this company will not be able to grow very big.
Caution : Please keep all billing records for long term and avoid having to deal with the customer care department.
Whereas in today's scenario a telecom company tries hard to retain its valuable customers, this company couldn't care less.

However , the internet service provided was satisfactory and economical.
