Currently I m using 2mbps broadband plans for unlimited usage and I m still facing many problem with the Customer Care as well as with all the services "Tikona" Providing.

I called yesterday to solve my connectivity issue then the Executives ended my call without any response and I tried many times to call to customer care again as you can check but wouldn't able to connect with you,and the executive told that the connectivity issue will be solve within max.. 24 hours not logged any complaint for that.
I thought problem will be solve within some hours but still Today I m facing the same problem when I started my Pc and When I called your executive again today then She was also telling that we'll take max..24 hours to solve this issue.
So It would be total 24+24== 48, You know how terrible its for me, I also lost some projects because of your guiys who will pay for that?
