Hello,

This is regarding the incredibly pathetic service that you guys offer.

My Tikona ID is 1109437195. Kindly check my case before replying. And by that I mean check everything in detail.

It's been more than 3 months you are screwing my internet service.
And what should I say about the customer care! WOW!
It says estimated wait time is 1 minute and it takes 26 mins with an annoying automated message to seed it in head.

Ideally and for me 1 minute comprises of 60 secs. I have no clue which world are you living in and how much a minute comprises of there.

I think I'm blessed that I got through to the customer care once or twice.
Managed to talk to them, they registered my case, gave me a technicians contact no.
And what happened later was totally surprising!
THE NUMBER DID NOT EXIST!!!

Then again I gave it a thought and said to myself, "No! I wasn't blessed it was a polite curse instead."
All in all I would you suck to the core. Like really.

In return, I'm not paying any of my bills, nor contacting anyone at Tikona.

Let's not waste any of our time and see you at the consumer forum directly.
Also, just to make it more easier I'll have this message passed on.

And again a gentle reminder - Your Service Sucks!!!
