DEAR SIR/MADAM,
YOUR ENGINEER HAS STILL NOT VISITED MY PREMISES.THE LAST ENGINEER VISITED WAS ON 26TH MAY,2014 AND HE SAID THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE DEVICE.HE DID NOT HAVE EXTRA DEVICE AND SAID HE WILL REVERT BACK SOON WITH NEW DEVICE.THEREAFTER THERE IS NO RESPONSE.THE INTERNET CONNECTION IS VERY POOR FREQUENTLY DISCONNECTING AND FLUCTUATING SPEEDS.RECIEVED "NO INTERNET ACCESS" FOR 7 TIMES TODAY TILL 4 P.M.USING NET IS BECOMING PATHETIC AND I AM CONSIDERING OF DISCONTINUING AND MOVING TO SOME OTHER INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER.

SLOW INTERNET CONNECTION AND PACKET LOSS

DEAR SIR/MADAM
MY USER ID IS 1105580846 AND I AM FACING SLOW INTERNET CONNECTION AND NO NETWORK ACCESS ISSUE FROM LAST WEEK.I CONTACTED YOUR TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT FOR LOT OF TIMES AND EVERY TIME THEY SAID IT WILL BE RESOLVED IN 8HRS OR 24HRS. THEN THEY SENT A ENGINEER(RAJESH PATEL) AND EVEN HE WAS NOT ABLE TO SOLVE MY ISSUE AND JUST ENTERED HIS DETAILS IN ENGINEER VISIT PAGE AND WENT AWAY.I AM ATTACHING SOME IMAGES OF PING AND SPEED TEST.
MY INTERNET CONNECTION IS DUE FOR RENEWAL AND I WILL ONLY PAY AFTER MY TECHNICAL PROBLEM IS SOLVED.
SO PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND PROVIDE A QUICK RESOLUTION TO IT.
