got a call within a 10 minutes of post.. customer care representative on that side said that I would get 5000 inr in my account after 1-2 hours. haven't got any update till now.

it was good to see quick response from the forum support team, but that doesn't solve my cash problem. :?

Tikona,
I had requested tikona for payment pickup from my home address on 23rd May. and i got this message - "Tikona Bill Pickup assigned to ARIF, Cell no - 9717054018. " At around 5pm on the same day, I got a call from this number 9540721222, stating me that He (ARIF) shall be coming to my address in 15 minutes. then this guy came, I paid him Rs. 5,000 (+20 of course) and He said that I will get a confirmation message on my registered mobile number. I didn't get any receipt. :(

I had called tikona support yesterday @2 pm, they said I will get a message, this process takes 24 hours. :roll:

Its 25th May now, and Neither, I received any confirmation message nor the money has added to my tikona account (as per records of my user id in Selfcare.Tikona.in) :x

tomorrow is my last date of billing cycle and I need to change my plan. :(

Dear tikona support members, respond quickly (as you did the last time :D ).
