Plan Selection Problems

I would like to change my plan to hydbbm599 as it suits my budget. However, i am unable to do find that plan in my plan selector on the login page. Am i missing something here? is that plan applicable for me? I have been on bbm449 plan from the past 2 years which gives 3gb at 2mbps and then after that a speed of 150 kbps which is absolutely pathetic. Why doesnt Tikona update their plans? is this the service that loyal customers deserve?
