your technical person came and relosolved issue.
But now at night time again very very bad speed....getting speed of 100 kbps...
Need permanent resolution...

Worst Service Ever by Tikona
Hi,
I am Shani Kumar.......I made bigest mistake taking Tikona connection.....
I have Plan of @MBPS....It works good for 2-3 days an max 1 week.....there after it looses its paths..and you gets speed...not even can open web page.
TO resolve this issue you need to call customer care once or twice in a week....
If you want this headache than please go and take Tikona connection else try for other provider....
Its my genuine suggetion.....
I think Tikona representatives doesnt care of there customers...otherwise these issues will never happen....

This is Shani kumar. I am tikona user.
I came to know about tikona by its advertisement...I called up for demo..and impressed by demo so got tikona connection...
After one month..all started...network issue piriodicly...
Most of the time I do call hepldesk to fix issue...to get back speed.
If you want to get this headache go ahead and appy for tikona.
