Very bad customer service

hi,
i have raised a complaint to disconnect my tikona connection on May-15 and i got a complaint id 3088350757 for the same, but i didn't get any proper response from the customer care. i called customer care hell lot of times but there was no proper response. they called me to pay the bill in order to proceed with disconnection, but they didn't disconnected even after i paid the bill amount. finally they sent one technician after one month to check if network working or not. what is the point of having customer care if they don't response properly towards customers. it is like i am paying the monthly bill for nothing.
