As confirmed with you on call, our engineer visited your premises for installing connection at your premises, however due to your society permission issue; we were unable to install the same.

We request you to contact our customer care once you receive the permission for installing the devices on your building terrace.

Delayed service response on relocation

I had requested for relocation from my previous address on 23rd May 2014 at Dahisar East, Mumbai and I received a prompt response with the technician coming on 24th May 2014 for uninstallation. However in spite of repeated requests and follow ups, the technician who is scheduled to help install the same at my new address has not turned up even after lapse of two days for activation of Tikona.

This is a severe lapse of customer service as the technician calls up and confirms the time and still does not turn up.

I am planning to move on to another service provider for this unprofessional attitude and approach shown by Tikona staff. Does Tikona care ?
