I have been complaining about a bad, unstable connection for a month now. The reply I get every time is "the tower is experiencing some issues and will be solved in 24 hours." Still I have a crappy connection, even after upgrading to a 4mbit connection. Can't even watch a stream at 360p. Lag spikes regularly at 5-10 sec intervals. Downloads keep fluctuating from 100-400KB/s. What kind of service is this? Really frustrated with tikona now after many issues in the past. You people should really go out of business. Only promises, no actions.
