Hi team,

I am not able to get the speed on the 4 MBPS plan which I have subscribed to . I am only getting 2 MBPS, that too with great difficulty. If this goes on the same way then I would rather let you know that I am going to use some other connection instead of yours. Your engineer has visited my place and he says there is no mistake with my connection, it has to be an issue of overload from the hub I receive the signal. I would rather give time till this weekend to get it rectified or else I would like to get the connection cancelled.
