Third Class Service of TIKONA

I have started using this from April 14 and till date net is not working proper. Have complained many times on the CS team but it is not working. I am not satisfied with the service as when connection is about to establish, thay say many things but interms of Service, it is not good. So urge, to not waste your money and use some alternate
