I raised a complaint regarding issue with internet connection.
Internet is getting connected in one laptop but not in other when asked technician-Richard, he is unable to rectify this .Please try to solve it ASAP as the same is communicated several times but it is not sorted out.

I have list of time interval when internet was not getting connected and it took 24 hours to resolve this?Why customer should pay if it is provider mistake?

Please take it on high priority ,otherwise I will not pay the outstanding amount.If you want to disconnect it do it soon i do not want such type of worst service.
