I had applied for static IP and paid for the same. Last 3 days your team is not yet able to configure the same. They are not attending to the calls at the preagreed times.
The engineer can check on the system before setting an appointment which is not done. We had to waste our time for the activity.
Now also there is no proper response. If this is the response during initial service interactions and installation activitioes; seems that we will have to suffer at your teams hand at our cost.
The testeminials by various esteemed customers is not encouraging either.
