The following data should be always available to prepaid customers
1) Total free bundled data
2) Total used data
3) Total remaining data
4) Validity

If customer has taken a package of 1 year validity and wants to check total usage and validity he has no way to see as session details of the last 90 days are available on selfcare portal

We have sent the session history of your account from the date of activation to September 6, 2013 on your registered email id for your reference also note that the session details of the last 90 days are available on selfcare portal.

Refer below given link procedure for retrieving session history of the last 90 days from your end.

Visit http://selfcare.tikona.in >> click on login >> enter User ID & Password >> click on My Tools>> click on Session History.

How to Check Available Data Usage Balance for Users of Bill Free Prepaid Plans?

As from self care the usage history(session history) only shows the Total data usage not the available balance of bundled data usage available(GB's) also there is no way to see the Validity.

Can anyone provide help on this?
