Solution :
For me the foresaken internet explorer worked :) ..please try and post result..

You can check session history after logging to Selfcare (https://selfcare.tikona.in
) . Look in Mytools -> Session History .

Even I was facing the same problem whenever I called their call centre they confirmed there is a technical upgradation (which in anyway is done all 365 days without any improvement in service). I presume this will never get solved. Tikona service calls are pathetic.. sorry no hopes

Dear Tikona care,
I am unable to check the session history from last 4 months. When ever I am checking the session history, it is displaying "No records found".
I feel discomfort in calling to Tikona care every now and then for checking the session history.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
