It's been more than 3 months i am trying to get this issue resolved. But seems tikona is only interested in a new connection and not customer support.
Whenever i am trying to make a complaint without any solution they mark it as complete.
My customer no is: 1122662892

Connectivity issue.

Hi Tikona,

We are from Chennai and using Tikona for Last 2 years. while on started with Tikona it look good.. but on later we faced many issue with Tikona connectivity. our daily job is fighting with Tikona customer care by later it was some what resolved.

and by know we are facing slowness issue for past 3 to 4 months.. we are unable to reach to your customer care and no proper reason received from Tikona part.

Kindly take care about us and help us to renovate from this.
