NO CONNECTIVITY - PING RESPONSE TO GATEWAY IS RTO.

Everyday I am facing some issue with connectivity. I have taken up tikona broadband as I am connecting via VPN - Citrix gateway to my office PC for my office project work.

Everyday during afternoon and evenings the packets drop begins, hence resulting in session disconnection (my office). It is really very irritating to have "request time out" response from the gateway ip address configured on my laptop, as this results in termination or logoff of my VPN - Citrix login or it hangs.

As of now - 25.9.13 @ 3.30pm it is showing continuous "request time out" and the login page of tikona is also not showing up. I am attaching the screenshot for reference.

Kindly look into this matter at the earliest and resolve the same.
