My internet connection is down for last 6 days..to make it worse customer service people have made me repeat same steps every time I call them. At end of each call they promise that some one will visit and then nothing happens. No follow up..in fact they don't share a complaint number also. So when you call next time, they start from scratch. Don't know what is worse , this connection or Tikona customer service. Reliance charges half the money and they are equally worse at customer service..but then I was loosing less money over these days of no connection. I am feeling cheated
