Can you kindly confirm if you have received the money?

Also, please confirm that there is no dues from my side and the connection is permanently closed.

I have received the pdf copy of the bill. Thank you.

It includes 100/- late payment charges. Request you to kindly reverse this amount.

If you confirm i can make the payment of balance amount Rs 450/- and close this connection.

With regards to your concern, please note that in case of termination request received in between a billing cycle complete billing cycle is payable.

Therefore you were liable to make the payment of complete billing period of 15-Dec-17 to 14-Jan-18 i.e. bill of Rs. 708/- was payable to you, still we have not charged you the complete amount and you have been provided a discount reversal on your bill and hence you have been charged Rs. 551/- instead of Rs. 708/-

We request you to clear the outstanding of Rs. 551/- at the earliest and in case of any further assistance you may contact customercare number 1860 3000 3434.

Note: Complete billing period being charged in case of termination has been already communicated to you in the bill dated 15th Dec 2017 itself you may refer 'Guidelines' section in your bill for your reference.

Hi Tikon Customer care

Can you provide breakup of below final settlement amount of Rs. 551/-, please? Earlier in my email to Tikona customer care, i had requested Tikona to consider the below, please.

1. Request you to remove the any late payment charges, please.
2. Request you to kindly adjust the bill and charge only till 27-Dec-17 not till 14-Jan-18, as i had given the disconnection request on 27-Dec-1 and i have not used the internet after 27-dec-17, please.
