Hello,

This email is from an highly dissatisfied customer who had spent nearly making 15calls to your customer care to confirm a 1929.22 made on the 30th Jan through Paytm wallet.

I received acknowledgement from paytm that money was transferred .

Despite of paying the complete o/s I was troubled again with calls and email stating my service is suspended , this made me worry when I called your customer care, a pathetic response was given stating they've not received the payment . This happened 2days after it was paid.

I called again on the 3 rd day and was told they had system issues and cannot help out wanted me to call later , when called again was highly irate as the executive simply said they've not received the payment and I need to call paytm to get the money refunded.

On my busy schedule during office hours I had to call paytm and was able to confirm that money was paid successfully, REFER BELOW CONFIRMATION FOR THE SAME AND SCREEN SHOT ATTACHED , Not sure how in the heaven could your team be so lethargic in tracing a payment and they don't respond what customer asks. On a final call to CANCEL MY SERVICE a senior executive simply placed my call on mute with no response and I had to hung up.

I'M HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED THE WAY I WAS TREATED AND THE RESPONSE GIVEN ! This is not good customer service.

I seek your final attention to this matter and confirm my payment was received and CANCEL MY SERVICE, failing which I'll go to any extent to make sure no more customer gets treated like this , I'll include media , social sites if needed , an unbearable stress you people have caused me.

I expect a resolution before 24hrs of this email knowing the fact customer service works 24x7.
