I HAD WRITTEN TO TERMINATE YOUR CONNECTION THE SECOND TIME AND THE CUSTOMERCARE PERSUADED ME THE SECOND TIME TO CONTINUE THE SERVICE BY OFFERING ME A LEAST PLAN TO CONTINUE. THOUGH I AM NOT IN A NEED OF THE CONNECTION, WE HAD TO ACCEPT IT DUE TO THE PERSUASION.

IT IS MY SUGGESTION YOU INTRODUCE A PREPAID PLAN SO THAT THE CUSTOMER WILL NOT LEAVE YOU PERMANENTLY. WHENEVER THE USER CHARGES THE PLAN THEY CAN USE IT.
