I have been logging low speed complaints since last 3-4 months.
Finally in January you accepted that network will need to be upgraded for my internet to start working properly. You told me 3 weeks i.e 5th Feb.

today is 5th you have made me wait full month and still the problem is as it is. The speed gets pathetic in night and unusable.

Please disconnect now. I cooperated with you as much as I could.
