Waiver is still not processed kindly proceed for the same as per tikona consumer charter page no. 27 under Fault Repair / Restoration Time Faults Pending for > 7 working days and < 15 working days: rebate equivalent to 15 days of minimum monthly charge or equivalent usage allowance. In my case the resolution comes on 17-02-18 after Technician Visit the issue was firstly reported on 08-02-18= 10 days hence 15 days waiver is applicable. Also want to mention here that if tikona people can arranged a visit earlier so that issue can be resolved but they don't done so hence Kindly proceed waiver for 15 days with no ifs no buts.

This is with reference to the complaint related to speed issue the issue is now resolved as of now I am getting speed as per my plan.
Also Kindly raise a Waiver Request for the Disputed Period of 08-02-2018 till 17-02-2018.

I got a call from Tikona side that their is an issue on network side and will take maximum of 3 days to resolve the same.
