I've been experiencing slowness in internet speed since past 1.5 to 2 months.
Frequent fluctuations and speed is never stable.

The Engineers have visited 2-3 times and managed to fix the problem temporarily but then issue re-appears again.

Now I feel like its my weekly routine to call Tikona support and repeat the same story, receive similar responses from them as well. Seems like a time loop for me. :roll:

One of the Engineer even told me that whenever I face slowness, I must logout and login to the account. So instead of browsing internet seamlessly I have to logout-login every time. How can you even suggest such pathetic and unacceptable solution?

Don't know when I'm going to get a FINAL PERMANENT resolution????

TIKONA used to give me stable and complete speed as per the plan but I'm not sure why it is failing to do so now.
