With regards to your concern, please note that your account termination request is in progress and disconnection team will get back to you on the same.

Post termination the devices will be recovered from your premises and Full & Final Settlement mail will be sent to you on your registered email id.

Disconnection of Tikona Account 1113158849

Dear Tikona Team,

As I m going abroad and will not be in INDIA, I have raised a request to close my Tikona A/C 1113158849 on 7th February 2018. I spoke to around 6 customer care executive till now and yet not received my closure mail for my A/C. Further, I was told that I don't have to pay for feb month bill but I have received a mail of Rs 885. My request no. is 1-5063758681. Kindly, close my a/c and send me an acknowledgement. As this is my official mail for closure of my Tikona account along with the telephonic closure request with your customer care executive. If tikona bill come after this , I will not be liable to pay as I have official stated to close my account . If you want, I have the recordings too with customer care executive to close my tikona account. Please acknowledge this mail and revert back within 48 Hours.

P.S: I am not using Tikona since 3rd Feb 2018.
