Internet Not working Properly

Hi,

My internet connection is not working properly. My plan is 4MBPS and i am getting the speed of 350 kbps which very very slow for the past 3 weeks . i have connection from last 1 year and i have registered around 20-25 complaints. when i cal customer care they always give me same answer that "Having some problem in main Server will solve in next 2-3 days" and then problem again repeats. Please provide me the concrete solution for the same. otherwise i need to think for disconnection.HIGHLY DISSATISFIED WITH THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
