very poor speed

After primary usage is consumed, as per policy, company is supposed to provide 1 MBPS speed as per secondary policy

But, almost every day, I observe that connection is almost cut off and only after I give call, it is restored

it is very poor quality of customer service consistently

Many times, their customer service number does not work at all


Is there any body in Tikona who take care of customer service, please call me
