I think the issues with the Tikona service are never ending. I recently made a bill payment of 824.82 on 9th April 2018 for the Bill of March 2018 (Bill Number: KA0318B000158145) through my PAYTM account and the payment was successful. But, as per Tikona Cusomer Care service they have never received the payment. I have spoken to PAYTM customer care and they have assured me that the payment has been successful from their end to Tikona. They have also sent me an email. They said in case Tikona is denying that they have not received the payment then they will need a denial email from Tikona for the same. I am unable to attach the email as forum is not taking pdf or doc format document. So, I am pasting here:

Payment of amount INR 824.82 against this order has been successfully transferred to the merchant's account. The
reference number for successful payment is CITIN18845975958. Kindly coordinate with the merchant with this
information. If the merchant still denies, you should get a written confirmation from his end and share with us so that we
may escalate this case further.

Regarding the BILL Payment I have already done the same and I am giving you a proof also. Please investigate at your end to why the payment was not processed.
I keep on getting calls and messages from Tikona at least 10 times a day which is really annoying as I have other work to do also apart from attending your horrible calls.
NOTE: If I get a call or an SMS from tikona again, I will lodge a legal complaint for harassment against TIKONA...
