I AM NOT HAPPY OR SATISFIED AGAINST THE WAIVER PROVIDE BY TIKONA IN COMPARISON OF MY PROBLEM WHICH IS CONTINUED TILL A PERIOD OF 46 DAYS 06/08/2013 TO 20/09/2013 AND WHICH IS A TECHNICAL PROBLEM OF LIMITED CONNECTIVITY AND VERY SLOW SPEED WHICH SUFFERS MY IMPORTANT WORK A LOT...

IN THIS PERIOD OF 46 DAYS MY WORK SUFFERS A LOT AND HENCE I AM EXPECTING FAIR WAIVER AS I BEAR A LOT OF LOSS DUE TO TECHNICAL PROBLEM WHICH I HAVE FACE USING UR'S INTERNET CONNECTIONS.....

UR CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE SAYS THAT IF U HAVE USAGE OF 100 MB IN 1 DAY THAN WAIVER WILL BE NOT PROVIDED FOR THAT DAY......???

BUT, I CAN'T UNDERSTAND A SIMPLE THING THAT I HAVE NOT CREATED THAT PROBLEM ITS A TECHNICAL PROBLEM WHICH IS RESPONSIBILITY OF UR DEPARTMENT TO RESOLVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ... AND ITS JUST A COMMON SENSE IF ANY ONE HAD PAID TO RECEIVE SERVICES IN FRONT OF HIS MONEY TO A PROBLEM AND IF HE HAS PAID THAT HE WILL NOT THING OF USAGE AGAINST OF HIS WORK WHAT HE WANT'S TO DO.......

THEREFORE I WONT FAIR WAVIER AGAINST MY PROBLEM OR I AM OPTING FOR AN DISCONNECTION AND WONT MY FULL REFUND OF AMOUNT 2300/-RS.........

2nd I AM ALSO NOT GETTING PRINTED BILL AT MY RESIDENCE WHICH INTIALY CAN CAUSE ME TO NOT PAY THE BILL.....

HARD COPY MUST BE DELIVERED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO MY RESIDENCE INSITED OF SENDING MESSAGES TO MY REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER..

ENCLOSING All THE DETAILS WHICH WILL HELP U TO DECIDE THE WAIVER FOR MY ACCOUNT AGAINST TECHNICAL PROBLEM TO LIMITED CONNECTIVITY AND VERY LOW SPEED...
