Dear Sir,

I am using Tikona since more than 2 years, but I am appalled by constant calls & sms I receive for bill payment before my due date. I get 5-6 automated call reminders daily since morning. Today when I paid the bill, I still received another reminder call after 2 hours. What kind of a customer service is this? I pay my bills regularly but each time your calls & messages start harassing me before the due date.

I want you to STOP harassing your customers by continuous call & messages. If you don't take any action on this immediately then I don't need this pathetic service and I urge other customers facing similar issue to take strict action against Tikona.
