Customer Care not giving waiver for not working of internet

I got a new connection on 10th April 2018, I paid the amount for 3 months and the connection started after 3 days on 12th April 2018 and still had technical issues until 17th April 2018. From day 1 I am constantly calling the ground team to resolve the issue and after some time I was asked to call customer care and it took almost a month to fix it. after fixing it worked for 7 days only and the connection problem reoccurred. While all this was happening I got to know that my limited data is over now and I am on secondary speed which is highly not possible in this scenario. I was rejected for a waiver on technical issues 3 times.
